If you are using an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) that insurance may be different than your primary insurance and may not be accepted by Northward Counseling and Wellness.

It is the client’s responsibility to know what insurance you have and what it covers, pay any responsibility owed, and/or cover the entirety of the session amount insurance does not cover payment.
